The very fast delivery in perfect condition was very good. Unfortunately, I still have to make use of my right of return because my most important app, Freestyle Libre 3, does not run on this device. Abbott explains that it is not possible to adapt the Abbott software to every new device or every update with the very many Samsung devices. I had already experienced twice before that I had to buy a new device because the APP no longer worked after Abbott had made changes. I was recommended to buy an iPhone. These problems also occur there, but less frequently. I now stick with my A 53 5G and process the data with the Abbott reader. Primitive but functional. For the return of the great Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, I use the shipping label that was supposed to be used for the deposit of my A 53 5G.
