Feels like new. Arrived pretty quickly. When I feel like upgrading in a few years I'll gladly use Backmarket

The phone was exactly what I was looking for, for a fraction of the price. It was in excellent condition. The delivery was extremely speedy and the packaging was extremely protective. The automatic year warranty is awesome but the additional two years insurance is VERY reasonably priced. Couldn't be happier with my purchase.

everything went well, except that I dropped it and the screen is damaged on the left side despite the protective shell I had put on. Fast delivery, phone in excellent condition on delivery.

Was a bit pessimistic about refurbished phones after having to return on from another company but on arrival this one was everything that was claimed and more great battery life mint condition very vary

The mobile phone arrived very quickly. All details of the delivery, such as announcement of the delivery date and execution of the delivery were impeccable. The condition of the phone was also impeccable. However, the readability was not good enough for me. 81 years old, I have to make sure that the screen size and contrast are particularly high, and unfortunately this was no longer the case with my old phone. It was my own mistake to assume that the screen size and contrast would have remained the same on the newer model. That's why I had to send the device back.

Apart from my original order being incorrect Back Market has been great in resolving that issue. I now have the phone I wanted so just need to return the previous one for a fill
