First of all, it's not the one I ordered that was delivered; no problem, it was a higher model; no worries so far! it was afterwards that things started to go wrong: the first time I used it, I put it in the oven and after a while I saw steam escaping from both sides of the appliance, which was abnormal. so I decided to call for help, sent it back and barely a week later the appliance was returned to me, supposedly in perfect working order. OK, so I put it back in the oven and once again steam escapes from the appliance in the same places as the first time... so I don't mind that it's reconditioned, but don't push it; if it had been checked properly they would have seen the fault. In short, I wouldn't order anything from SK HOLDING now.

It was supposed to be in very good condition, but the surprise was disappointing. On the outside there was nothing to say but the inside of the tank left a lot to be desired.
