    The machine wont work, a red flashing light showing up and i watched videos online as to what could be the problem but theres none, its just a faulty machine and im having problems with returning it as i dont have the sellers real name or address for a return, only to a shopping cnetre

    I was on the fence about buying a refurbished coffee machine but it's been 3 months of daily usage and still going strong! The machine came with all the accessories and the manufacturer cleaning tablets. It was almost completely clean with the expected slight wear and tear for a refurbished product.

    Machine en parfait état à voir dans le temps si pas de problèmes de fonctionnement, quelques problèmes pour la livraison mais on sait comment c’est avec DPD , à la fin je eu mon colis avec 3 jours de retard , mais le produit est très correct , pour du reconditionné il est comme neuf .

    I do really love my coffee maker and it is in really good condition but if I'd done my research a bit better I would have spotted that by the time I replaced the accessories that were missing - the doser, the cleaning disc, the cleaning tablets and descaler - I would have been able to buy the same model new from John Lewis. I do like the planet saving element of Back Market but think the goods should be priced more accordingly.

    Super, très belle machine qui fonctionne parfaitement et n’a pas de défaut ni rayure. J’avais la même neuve et je dirais que celle ci stocke un peu d’eau au niveau du récupérateur de doses de café moulu. Cela semble être le seul petit souci et elle fonctionne parfaitement et est effectivement en très bon état et efficace.

    Produit à la hauteur de mes attentes, simple d'emploi, bon café. Un petit bémol sur le suivi des colis : le lien donné en premier lieu envoyait sur un site en espagnol qui indiquait que le produit avait été présenté sans être réceptionné...en réalité le produit était en cours de livraison, des démarches ont été réalisées pensant que la livraison n'avait pas pu se faire mais tout est rentré dans l'ordre.

    Wow! I chose the Duo Temp Pro on the recommendation of a trusted coffee blogger and after having had a much cheaper Saeco machine for years. This is far superior! Condition was described as 'fair' but I'd say it was better than that, more like 'good'. Price was incredible too, 40% less than advertised at the major retailers. Very pleased with this purchase!
