Contents du produit. Après une frayeur au démarrage liée aux cookies du compte Google qui empêchaient le service Google Play de fonctionner et donc de démarrer le téléphone, je m'étais résignée à vous le renvoyer contre remboursement. Finalement tout fonctionne, peut être le temps que tout se réinitialise depuis le family link. Je trouve dommage d'être limitée à un chabot qui conseille le renvoi du téléphone alors que l'appareil n'est pas en cause lorsqu'on demande de l'aide. N'y a-t il pas moyen de créer un partenariat avec des magasins reconditionneur afin de dépanner ce genre de situation?
