    I was a bit sceptical ordering from a site second hand but I read reviews and decided to just send it. I ordered it on a Thursday and it arrived on the Monday morning so the delivery was quick. Everything about the phone makes me believe that I had just gotten in new out of Apple, the camera is amazing, no scratches or blunt edges, the phone was in pristine condition. If I ever need a new phone again I will be ordering from BackMarket again.

    Really happy with the iPhone 13 purchase. The delivery came a day early and I could track the movement of the shipping to ensure I was here when it came. I got the phone as good condition but there is not a scratch or blemish on the phone and the screen was perfect . The functionality of all the sertings is great. So no complaints at all . Happy to recommend, keep up the good work

    Phone arrived in a few days, spotlessly clean and simple to set up. Now that I've had it over a week, I can say that the battery life is great, the processor is quick (compared to my 3 year-old Samsung S20) and I'm very happy with the purchase. I've also bought an apple watch but this is a present for Chridtmas so I can't review that as yet. So far so good, well worth the money and happy with the service and product so far.

    Immaculate condition and very fast delivery. Battery life isn’t great compared to my old Samsung but it’s ok. Great price and great service. I had recently bought an iPhone 14 for my daughter which came with a free screen protector and clear case which would have been nice to receive with the iPhone 12!     Well everything about the device is perfect, with an exception of the front camera which already came with dust inside. And when I open selfie mode it says to clean the camera. I’m not sure if there’s somewhere I can fix this with my warranty.

    The delivery was supposed to be signed for and it was delivered anyway, saying it was received by me, when I wasn’t there. I didn’t find it for a week as it had been left outside the back door which is not used and the package had been rained on. The phone is perfect, although the charging hole is very tight and it is difficult to insert the charger.
