I had ordered an almost new iPhone 16e. The device was great and as described. The delivery and payment methods went smoothly. Unfortunately, the phone had to be returned because the eSIM had not been deleted and I was unable to transfer it from my old mobile phone. I had to contact Telekom customer service several times because I thought this was the fault. Time and trouble that should not have been necessary. This was definitely not an advert for the platform. The return and refund, on the other hand, were completely problem-free
