    my device arrived WITH THE KEYBOARD THAT DID NOT WORK. it was completely nonsensical, if i pressed the space bar it changed the page, if i pressed shift+? the underscore came out, if i pressed alt gr+@ the slash came out, and i don't want to tell you everything but that was it. I wrote to your support and they replied promptly and kindly, but even with their suggestions the situation improved little. the biggest problems were on the space bar: in InDesign and Illustrator it doesn't create the text space for me, but keeps making me exit the programme. Evidently it has been reconditioned very, very badly, and I can't have so much stress and problems from something that should instead have made my life easier and let me work without computer messes. I spent what for me is a small fortune, 2600 euros, on this computer, and I need it to work. I had to return the device, which I shipped yesterday, Sunday 22 February, via DHL. I MUST receive a computer that works perfectly, BECAUSE I WORK on it, that's why I decided to invest in an Apple. If a device still arrives that works badly, I expect a full refund, so that I can reinvest the money in another device, which I absolutely need. Thank you Francesca Bana

    The computer arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Everything works perfectly. One small downside: the keyboard was set to qwerty, and without knowing it, I had a hard time changing my password back to azerty. Despite having the keyboard selected in French, I had to do Control +£ to get the @, but to get the #, I had to switch the keyboard back to English. Now that I've got the hang of it, it's OK, but I had a few spikes of tension at the time... I also had a few bursts of juice when I first charged it, but it didn't happen again after that. Overall, I'm happy with it because it does the job!

    The Macbook Pro is almost perfect. I'm working on it and so far it runs like a charm, ... but only yesterday I noticed not a scratch but a blow that received on the back at the hinge a blow hard enough to lower that point of 0.5mm ... the purchase was made in the 'excellent condition' category ready for possible scratches ... but not visible marks from more than 5 feet away ... I'll premise that the computer was used with a military style protective shell, fitted as soon as I received it (if it had been dropped or hit by something I would have noticed). I'll still keep it because it gets the job done... though.... For the rest I thank Back Market and advise those who receive products to inspect them thoroughly.
