    The only tiny problem I solved is that the keyboard is not really an Italian keyboard as described in the ad, but a Polish keyboard. I had to make minor adjustments with the settings. The return key is not a mirrored 'L' but flat. The accented 'ù' is shifted slightly. There is an imperceptible scratch on the screen in the lower left corner. Imperceptible. Otherwise all is well. Before updating the operating system, somewhere there was the username of the previous owner. No big deal. Thank you!

    my device arrived WITH THE KEYBOARD THAT DID NOT WORK. it was completely nonsensical, if i pressed the space bar it changed the page, if i pressed shift+? the underscore came out, if i pressed alt gr+@ the slash came out, and i don't want to tell you everything but that was it. I wrote to your support and they replied promptly and kindly, but even with their suggestions the situation improved little. the biggest problems were on the space bar: in InDesign and Illustrator it doesn't create the text space for me, but keeps making me exit the programme. Evidently it has been reconditioned very, very badly, and I can't have so much stress and problems from something that should instead have made my life easier and let me work without computer messes. I spent what for me is a small fortune, 2600 euros, on this computer, and I need it to work. I had to return the device, which I shipped yesterday, Sunday 22 February, via DHL. I MUST receive a computer that works perfectly, BECAUSE I WORK on it, that's why I decided to invest in an Apple. If a device still arrives that works badly, I expect a full refund, so that I can reinvest the money in another device, which I absolutely need. Thank you Francesca Bana

    The computer arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Everything works perfectly. One small downside: the keyboard was set to qwerty, and without knowing it, I had a hard time changing my password back to azerty. Despite having the keyboard selected in French, I had to do Control +£ to get the @, but to get the #, I had to switch the keyboard back to English. Now that I've got the hang of it, it's OK, but I had a few spikes of tension at the time... I also had a few bursts of juice when I first charged it, but it didn't happen again after that.
