    My first online purchase of any significance – everything was perfect apart from one thing, which I’ll mention at the end. I paid via PayPal in three interest-free instalments – brilliant. I ordered it on Monday afternoon and it arrived on Wednesday at lunchtime, with no extra payment charges – marvellous. I bought a camera in ‘Good’ condition...practically new, no signs of wear and tear – everything’s perfect. Simple but functional packaging; the cable and power adaptor (which they don’t include anymore these days) are as good as new. The device was manufactured in January 2024 and is still covered by Apple Care+ until January 2027. The battery is at 91% with 137 charge cycles – I’m absolutely delighted. But… although the keyboard is an Italian QWERTY layout, it’s in ANSI format rather than ISO. So, in the top left corner of the ‘1’ key, there are the greater-than and less-than symbols (> and <) rather than the pipe and backslash. For a programmer like me, who uses those keys, this can be a problem because I haven’t found any other solution apart from using an external keyboard. But I’m keeping it as it is; by the time I realised this, I’d already reconfigured it completely, and even though I have 30 days to return it, I’d rather keep this device, which I’ve already tested and am happy with. I’d recommend these devices to everyone; the experience has been excellent. However, I’d advise anyone buying one to ask for more details before proceeding, and I’d advise sellers to specify the keyboard layout more precisely – not just the language.

    The only tiny problem I solved is that the keyboard is not really an Italian keyboard as described in the ad, but a Polish keyboard. I had to make minor adjustments with the settings. The return key is not a mirrored 'L' but flat. The accented 'ù' is shifted slightly. There is an imperceptible scratch on the screen in the lower left corner. Imperceptible. Otherwise all is well. Before updating the operating system, somewhere there was the username of the previous owner. No big deal. Thank you!

    The computer arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Everything works perfectly. One small downside: the keyboard was set to qwerty, and without knowing it, I had a hard time changing my password back to azerty. Despite having the keyboard selected in French, I had to do Control +£ to get the @, but to get the #, I had to switch the keyboard back to English. Now that I've got the hang of it, it's OK, but I had a few spikes of tension at the time... I also had a few bursts of juice when I first charged it, but it didn't happen again after that.
