Getting a refurbished MacBook M3 was a really great process with Back Market. I needed a laptop for my freelance business and getting a refurbished one is a great way to start to minimise your starting costs. It arrived in amazing condition. The device looked practically brand new. Well it did after I wiped it it down and gave it a clean. I got the second grade one due to availability but I was not disappointed. The Apple box it came it was a bit dinged up but not a problem. The money saved has really made a difference and would recommend the service to anyone.

MacBook Pro working fine and quick. Mint condition, no scratch or smudge. The device has a huge screen, bright colours and 4k video are stunning. Also the laptop is not very heavy considering the size. The delivery happened in literally one day. Recommended

I am extremely pleased with my purchase of a MacBook Pro from BackMarket. The unit was in immaculate condition, almost brand new, with only 2 battery cycles - probably just on the first charge. It's indistinguishable from a brand new model, and I was able to get it at a fantastic price. Although the buying experience on the BackMarket website had a few minor compatibility issues with Google Chrome, the overall process went smoothly and I'm more than pleased with the end result. This was my first time buying from BackMarket, but given the quality of the product I received, I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.

The seller was excellent but Backmarket has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. It’s like talking to an AI bot. They don’t understand the basic principle of sending a receipt for a purchase. Over 4 days of chat, I still don’t have a receipt for the backmarket charges.
