    The phone (Samsung Galaxy A52s) arrived very promptly. The condition was categrised as "Fair" but had only a few minor scratches on the case - te screen was perfect. After operating for a few weeks, there are no issues with it :)

    Hi, the phone was delivered on time and the condition was as described. A little disappointed that while there was a charging cable supplied, there was no plug with phone. The phone is working fine, though for some reason it is very slow when connected to my home wifi, other wifi systems appear fine. the home wifi has a download speed in excess 30mb and other devoces work normally. I reall cannot explain why this is occuring. Other than that all appears fine.

    Absolutely crap SITE and service. Phone only slow charges with any cable, the cable that comes with it is a joke. In the end I replaced this crap with a brand new phone same model for €7 more. Never use this site. Customer service doesn't exist and the details sent to me to return the faulty phone won't work. Buy anywhere but here.

    Physically, the condition of the airpods matches the rating: Very Good. However, there have been some bluetooth connectivity issues while trying to pair it with my phone. Sometimes they take just a few seconds to connect, other times I have to switch bluetooth on and off several times before it reads a signal. I know it is not a problem with my own device as it has no issue pairing with other bluetooth devices. Otherwise satisfied with the product.
