I have been using my Xiaomi 12T pro for 2 weeks now. It works very well, the battery holds up, no scratches. I don't think I can see any difference with a new one apart from the price.

When I first charged my new refurbished phone it was charging very slowly maybe because it was freezing cold on arrival. After the first time! Here were no problems at all. Phone looks like new and works perfectly just like a new one. From now on I think I'll only by refurbished.

The product arrived on the stipulated date and in good condition, for a reconditioned product I was surprised that it was in a great condition, not a sad scratch.it was the first time I buy in back market but I recommend it.

A very fast device. A 120 watt adapter supplied but a standard cable which of course cannot transmit the power. Looks better - visually - than expected. Makes great pictures for everyday use. Completely sufficient. Great display and rich black value. AOD is permanent, not like the cheap Xiaomi *** series. Battery easily lasts 1.5 days with normal use. And even if not, when my new 130 watt cable arrives and everything is working, the device charges completely in 19 minutes.

At first glance, everything seemed perfect when I received the phone. It looked as good as new. However, when I explored the settings later, I found a major problem: the storage capacity was not what I had ordered. I received a 128GB model instead of the 256GB I had ordered. I reported the problem to the after-sales service and the solution initially proposed was to send the phone back for checking, a procedure that takes between 7 and 10 working days. I'm now waiting for an email to find a solution. But what can you do when it's your only phone and you need it every day? This kind of situation is very frustrating and disappointing.

performs well and takes nice pictures, the only flaw is the presence of the buttons to return to the home screen in the background although I have set the gesture mode (so I have both on the screen at the moment) it is rather annoying but I will get over it.
