Honestly so surprised of the quality of the MacBook, I got the Good condition and it only has one small scratch on the back which isn't really visible and the battery came at 91% capacity which is honestly so good for the price. Would definitely recommend.

when i was turning it on and off it was jammed and didn't work and i had to completely turn it off so it can work back. and i didn't get my refund yet.

My daughter has had her refurbished iPhone 13 (Very Good condition and new battery) for a few weeks now and we can't fault it: the phone came without a scratch and its performance is excellent. I'm looking at a better model for myself. ☺️

As usual, I am very satisfied with my purchase from backmarket. I took a Mac in decent condition for budget reasons, I was afraid of receiving a scratched screen but to my great surprise it's like new. There are a few visible scratches on the casing as agreed, which doesn't bother me at all. The battery is at 84% (I didn't take the new battery option). Don't forget to look at the customer reviews before ordering and you won't have a bad experience. A little message to the refurbisher: remember to put the correct language back before sending, for people who are not used to MacOs it can be complicated.

In total I have bought 3 mobiles through Back Market and the truth is, I have never had a single problem. The Iphone 13 pro max is spectacular, I got it in "very good" condition and it looks like new, not a single scratch, it arrived in only 2 days instead of 4-5 days, so for me the delivery was perfect. I've had it for over a month now and it works perfectly, the quality of the camera is spectacular.

The whole purchasing process was perfect and the delivery was fast. The product (MacBook ProM1) in perfect condition, not a single problem and aesthetically practically new. My second purchase at BackMarket and it won't be my last at all.

The truth is that very good experience, the mobile I took it in excellent condition and the truth that has no scratches and function super well, it is as if it were not reconditioned, a drawback that I see although it is not the fault of back market is that you can not put apps parental controls without paying but otherwise great, I hope you do not have any failure but apparently this great.

At first I was very suspicious because it was a refurbished device and because it was the first time I bought from this site. But the reality is that it went wonderfully I have not had any problems with the device, I took it to an Apple expert and he told me that it was a good buy in terms of quality and price.
