    Microphone is capped at tape recorder quality and there is no way that I found to be able to fix this. Had to use another separate microphone I bought from Amazon which had stellar quality and has the option to change the sound quality from the control panel. Although the sound quality is fairly good, there is a slight ringing noise that is in the left ear cup. It’s not noticeable when I’m playing something or music but when I have nothing on the ringing noise can get very loud.

    Within 1 week of having and using the headset, its stopped working. I was attempting to charge the headset, but the wire hadn't charged it since I plugged it in, so I turned it on, connected it with my PC to confirm that it would charge when I plug the cable in, I did so and a loud noise came over the headphones, before the light went out and the headphones stopped working. They haven't come back on since. I want a refund...
