They just don't fit in my ears (despite the 3 sizes of silicone ear tips supplied and tested) and they're much worse in terms of external noise reduction than my wired Sony headphones.

My article arrived rather early. It made its way from Poland to Belgium in 2 and a half days, which is really cool. The parcel arrived whole, protected, which is nice. The product itself arrived fairly clean! A little more worn than expected on the loading box, but honestly, if that's all there is to it... I just put a silicone protector over it and it's as good as new! The earphones are really good quality, although wearing them can be a real pain depending on which ear you have. Otherwise, I don't really have much to complain about - it's a very high-quality product, the battery is good enough for me and everything works pretty well. For £50 less than new, I'm convinced.

Honestly surprised as the headphones were packaged just as they left the factory. It came with all the necessary ear tips. I am very happy with my purchase.

It's a good choice, very original and works perfectly. I just need to familiarise myself with the settings.
