Amazing camera that meets all my expectations. I got my camera delivered within the timeframe given and I also got refunded for a cancelled order. In overall, I will always use backmarket because I’m more than happy with the service and when it comes to prices and quality, you can’t find better in the market. Thanks a million, Backmarket !!!

This was the first time I used Back market. but after buying the Macro lens and trying it out afterwards (its Brill). It will be the first place I will look when shopping for camera equipment in the future. Because of the price and quality. Dave

On receipt of the camera Lumix FZ 150, and discovery of sand around the glass lens rim, it became evident that your much trumpeted refrubishment had not been carried out and raised serious questions therefore about the reliability and longevity of the camera. My repeated requests for a refund were ignored. Your cheeky "no reply" message from JUNG SAS Back Market DPO 199 rue Championnet 75018 Paris and a vicious circle going from Q&A to attempted form filling. "No we do not recognize you" back to Q&A until today, 5 October 2025. This is really poor communication and hardly a sign of efficiency. Your modus operandi makes it extremely difficult to communicate in any straightforward modern way.

This is a very good camera and very worth the money delighted with the purchase.

Not very fresh. Sticky adjustment rings, probably cleaned with the wrong product. For the price the cleanliness should be top notch, it's not reconditioned but second hand pure and simple. I hesitate to order a reconditioned iPhone from back market.

Whether it's the delivery time (Sunday to Wednesday) or the care taken with the packaging, it's a real pleasure (not to mention the little note that goes with it). The complete, ready-to-use contents (FZ300 camera + lens + carrying case + battery and charger, cables and 32GB U3 memory card) are a pleasant surprise. The whole thing exudes seriousness and quality, and "very good condition" is certainly the adjective that best describes what I received. 😊 The battery is currently charging, so I'll have to wait a little while to test/take the device in hand 😉 So I can only congratulate myself on having made this purchase from Backmarket and thank the seller for the compliance, the quality of the product and his service. If I had one regret it would be that I didn't know the exact contents of my order until it was delivered ( but that doesn't mean I was disappointed!).

the camera is fine, I guess (it was a present for my daughter for her birthday and she now lives in Portugal). What I wanted to say is that the camera came with a gift case and what is even better a handwritten note wishing me to enjoy the camera a lot, etc. .... I was very pleasantly surprised by the note. I tried to write to customer service to comment on it but couldn't (just as I complain when I'm unhappy with a service I think it should be said when you're very happy). It amazes me that BackMarket, the big company, the online market leader in its sector, with (I assume) hundreds? thousands? of sales every day? has found a way to maintain a structure that allows things like this note ... many, many congratulations! Good job!

At the top! It's in great condition! When I received it, it was so wrapped in bubble wrap that I had a hard time removing it, but at least I know there were no problems during delivery! I thoroughly recommend it!
