On receipt of the camera Lumix FZ 150, and discovery of sand around the glass lens rim, it became evident that your much trumpeted refrubishment had not been carried out and raised serious questions therefore about the reliability and longevity of the camera. My repeated requests for a refund were ignored. Your cheeky "no reply" message from JUNG SAS Back Market DPO 199 rue Championnet 75018 Paris and a vicious circle going from Q&A to attempted form filling. "No we do not recognize you" back to Q&A until today, 5 October 2025. This is really poor communication and hardly a sign of efficiency. Your modus operandi makes it extremely difficult to communicate in any straightforward modern way.

It's a marvel. It came with charger and strap. It is in perfect condition, very easy to use and has good picture quality. We are still getting to know all it has to offer, but we are very happy with the camera and the refurbished one. I will continue to buy from you without a doubt!

Not very fresh. Sticky adjustment rings, probably cleaned with the wrong product. For the price the cleanliness should be top notch, it's not reconditioned but second hand pure and simple. I hesitate to order a reconditioned iPhone from back market.
