Bought for.my wife. This is a brilliant, compact, lightweight and easy to use phone that has a decent camera and battery. My wife found it very easy to use, it is great to hold and its as light as a feather.

Disappointed with the screen size, product returned without opening the recycler's plastic seal, Backmarket refunded on receipt by the recycler, with simultaneous UPS tracking. Very satisfied with the smooth sales process. Thank you Backmarket.

I bought a Sony Xperia 10 IV, in reasonable condition. Very happy with it indeed. It's in much better condition than I thought it might be, and the phone works so much better than my old one! Great to have a battery life that lasts more than a day!

This phone was to replace a pixel 4a which was badly affected by Google's software update this year. Battery life is amazing with several options how to manage battery usage . Phone in excellent condition, no bloatware of note and easy to use. Fingerprint scanner works for me very well.

The mobile phone arrived in perfect condition, and was delivered by DPD but was sent via the shipping service provider Chrono post, where I was also very unsure at the time of delivery whether the parcel would arrive at all. It would be nice if Beck market would point out to the customers that there can be different shipping service providers because everything is very bad communicatively via chronopost because it is a French service provider and the translation is not always so great;) Otherwise 5 stars for the backmarket but only 3.5 for the shipping method

Really happy with my phone. Wouldn't know it was second hand, looks brand new - no marks on it all. Quality of the phone is amazing. Only need the basic but far exceeds my previous phone which was much more expensive.

The mobile has arrived in perfect condition, it really looks like new. It works properly, after a few days of use I have not found anything negative. And the purchase process has been very easy, I am very satisfied and I recommend the site without hesitation. thank you!
