Although I like new technology and gadgets I have never wanted to buy any technology product ‘brand new’ preferring to wait a while until all the ‘bugs’ had been ironed out. This is why my previous phone was a refurbished iPhone XR, which I was very happy with and had served my purposes for a few years. However as with any piece of technology it shows its age after a while which my iPhone XR was now showing. Time to change. New phones are ridiculously expensive in my opinion so I scoured the market for a decent refurbished second hand phone. Came to Back Market and saw that the prices for a refurbished iPhone 14, a good jump up from my XR, was within my budget. I was not disappointed. A great phone, in excellent condition with 92% battery, and a good price! Now protected with a decent case & screen protector. What’s not to like? I would definitely buy again from Back Market. My iPad 9th gen is getting a bit tired ……..

We purchased a Fair condition phone for our daughter for Christmas. It is in fantastic condition. She is extremely happy with it. Absolutely no complaints about anything so far. The battery power is good and everything works perfectly. I'm considering a reconditioned phone when mine needs replacing. I was always a bit dubious about secondhand phones, but this has changed my mind.

This is the third iPhone I’ve bought from this seller, and once again, I’m really impressed. The iPhone 13 arrived in great condition – it looks and works like new. Everything functions perfectly, battery health is solid, and setup was smooth. I’ve kept coming back because the quality of these reconditioned phones is consistently excellent and reliable. I have been a long time buyers at ebay.co.uk. But its my first time I have bought a refurbished mobile phone from Back Market. Galaxy S23 Ultra arrived faster than expected. Its state is like brand new except a small scratch on the top of it which is not easily seen. I am very delighted with this phone!

My teenagers have had really good experiences using Back Market for their own phones and despite not ever having bought a refurbished phone myself, the difference in price makes so much more sense. With plenty of advice and information on the website, I bought an iPhone 14 Plus in “good” condition. I couldn’t be more pleased, the phone itself is immaculate, I cannot see a mark on it and it came with 87% battery. The process was very simple with plenty of updates, I also traded in my old phone, got a good price and was paid promptly.

The screen isn’t as bright as the original one. I compared to my dad’s iPhone 15. But other than that it’s really good. My battery came on 98% and i didn’t get a new one. Cameras and everything are perfect.

I was skeptical about buying a refurbished phone but am happy with what I have and so far so good. I got an iPhone 16 plus 128GB in white from the supplier BEST4TECHUK. This was delivered the next day when I ordered so no complaints with delivery. I bought EXCELLENT condition. The phone was well packaged and included a charger cable and SIM card tray opener. On inspection of the phone when I got it, there was a small scratch on the front screen near to the dynamic Island that was visible when I shone a torch on the phone. Now I know the scratch is there I can see it. This did not bother me as I can’t imagine anyone will be shining a torch on my phone! It also does not affect the camera. Apart from this, the phone was spotless with no damage. The battery percentage was 100% with what I assume to be an original battery as there is no message coming up saying otherwise. So far I have had no issues with the phone and it has been working perfectly. I would recommend backmarket and have only given 4 stars due to the scratch as I imagine it would bother some people.

My second phone from back market after trading my first one in. I had it for nearly 4 years and could not tell the difference from new with either phone! Great savings, satisfaction in supporting recycling and refurbishing old electronics and my new iPhone 15 Pro is great! Couldn’t be happier.

After much deliberation, nervousness, and a slight leap of faith, I decided to order an iPhone 15 Pro Max (256 GB) - Excellent condition, from this website. The seller listed was BEST4TECH, and after receiving my phone, all my worries were resolved. The phone in absolute pristine condition - no scratches or dents (for both the back panel and the screen). There was no discolouration anywhere and the phone looked practically new. The bigger surprise was that when I started using the phone, I discovered that the battery health was at 100%, with only 105 battery cycles. It even has Apple's limited warranty until September, 2025. I even noticed that features like True Tone was available, which indicated that the screen was Apple's original. Overall, my experience was perfect. I do not mean to say that this is going to be the experience of every single customer, but I believe that BEST4TECH maintains a high standard of refurbishing and it is worth buying products from them. P.S. Trade-In offer from BackMarket and the one-time use £20 student discount was highly appreciated.
