Laptop arrived in good condition, if a day late. It's a lovely machine and is much better at streaming content than its predecessor. The only issue I have is that it is not always easy to control position of the pointer/cursor using the trackpad (due to arthritis, I cannot use a mouse).

Great little machine. Bought for my wife who mostly uses it to surf the web and social media. No issues. Great condition, as advertised. Speedy delivery! I know where I will buy my next laptop :-)

There is a crack in one of the hinges, which wasntmentioned anywhere in the product description, it's nothing critical, super glue should fix it. Also, the charging port seems a bit loose if you move the laptop around, otherwise it works pretty well.

Extremely satisfied. Taken in excellent condition. Given the price I had some doubts about the actual quality, but I had to change my mind. The phone is in an exceptional state, without any marks or faults of any kind. The battery life is very good considering that for 4 hours I made it work intensively to transfer all the data from the old phone and other operations, it dropped by 50%. 50% for a refurbished phone made to work like this is really excellent. What can I say? I now know where to buy to save money and get high quality stuff.

I ordered a Dell Latitude 5440 14" Core i5 1.8 GHz - with SSD 512 Go and 32 Go of RAM, I received a Dell Latitude 5440 14" Core i5 1.8 GHz - with SSD 256 Go and 16 Go of RAM... in short the Dutch supplier does not know how to read :-( the PC is in perfect state shame to make such "errors".

I am not an expert, we buy electronic items the bare minimum, and now we are moving towards refurbished ones. This screen looks great to me and I personally don't see any difference to a new one, I hope to remain of this opinion over time. I believe reuse is one of the ways against waste and all that goes with it, so good work!

Muy bien, entregado rápido. El portátil es perfecto, va muy rápido, es todo lo que buscaba. Lo único es que la batería se descarga un poco rápido, pero creo que es normal para un ordenador reacondicionado. Tal vez cambie solo la batería en el futuro. Estoy muy contenta con mi compra, no podría haber conseguido esta calidad de portátil por este precio si lo hubiera comprado nuevo.

The product looks pretty good, it's just a shame that under normal working conditions, the power supply unit makes a lot of noise. Just when I switch on the computer, it starts slowly and then the noise gets too loud, even when I'm not working. I thought this would only happen when I was playing a "heavy" game. Now, when I'm doing excel work or viewing photos, it won't happen. I've even thought about changing the power supply so that it doesn't cause noise. I have other HP computers that don't make a sound when I work. So, please let me know how I can remedy the situation. Thank you very much. Samuel Ribeiro
