There is a crack in one of the hinges, which wasntmentioned anywhere in the product description, it's nothing critical, super glue should fix it. Also, the charging port seems a bit loose if you move the laptop around, otherwise it works pretty well.

Laptop arrived in good condition, if a day late. It's a lovely machine and is much better at streaming content than its predecessor. The only issue I have is that it is not always easy to control position of the pointer/cursor using the trackpad (due to arthritis, I cannot use a mouse).

Great little machine. Bought for my wife who mostly uses it to surf the web and social media. No issues. Great condition, as advertised. Speedy delivery! I know where I will buy my next laptop :-)

Totally wrong item was delivered, Got an HP Officejet printer, but I ordered an HP Z book studio!!!! 1 week I was waiting for this and I didn't even look at other websites, once i found this, all the offers from other websites might have expired by now I hope they replace and send me the current product.

Extremely satisfied. Taken in excellent condition. Given the price I had some doubts about the actual quality, but I had to change my mind. The phone is in an exceptional state, without any marks or faults of any kind. The battery life is very good considering that for 4 hours I made it work intensively to transfer all the data from the old phone and other operations, it dropped by 50%. 50% for a refurbished phone made to work like this is really excellent. What can I say? I now know where to buy to save money and get high quality stuff.

I ordered a Dell Latitude 5440 14" Core i5 1.8 GHz - with SSD 512 Go and 32 Go of RAM, I received a Dell Latitude 5440 14" Core i5 1.8 GHz - with SSD 256 Go and 16 Go of RAM... in short the Dutch supplier does not know how to read :-( the PC is in perfect state shame to make such "errors".
