Initially the item arrived 4 days late but it appears that, that was because of snow. Information on tracking was inadequate. The phone itself is doing exactly as was advertised and the condition was quite good also. So, though it was a very expensive item we are pleased with our purchase and would do business with 'Back Market' in the future.
