I recently bought a Xiaomi 15 Ultra from Back Market, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The phone arrived in excellent condition — honestly, it looks and feels brand new. No scratches, dents, or signs of use at all. Everything works perfectly, and the performance has been amazing so far. The packaging was secure. This was my first time ordering from Back Market, and I was a bit unsure at first, but now I’m genuinely impressed with the quality and service.

Initially the item arrived 4 days late but it appears that, that was because of snow. Information on tracking was inadequate. The phone itself is doing exactly as was advertised and the condition was quite good also. So, though it was a very expensive item we are pleased with our purchase and would do business with 'Back Market' in the future.

Phone was like bran new when opening it really impressed with the condition... This is my first time ever to get a refurbished phone would never buy new one now plus helping the environment by recycling materials just one thing it took over 2 weeks to arrive but delighted with my Galaxy A34 128GB thank you BackMarket .

An excellent deal... I expected a few minor 'pre-owned' marks or scratches but the phone was in virtually perfect condition. Top marks, delighted with the deal and the service.
