The device is working well, I'm very satisfied. Matching the grade, it had very minor scratches on the screen that are not visible when the protector is applied, or without the protector you gotta really look at the screen at an angle to identify them. Bottom line is: no flaws with the device. Also, the shipping was reasonably fast and within the time range. I'm not very fond of the USB cable (doesn't fit the USB C port flawlessly), but I have a bunch of good cables already, so that's not a problem for me.

Grate service. The case is fine. I like the extra protection in the corners as that's generally where they hit if dropped and most likely to crack the screen.

Very bad quality, didn't last a week. Strongly advise not to buy it. We have ordered phone S21 and screen protector as suggested by the Back market. Once order arrived the phone as expected was S21 but the protector was actually for S21 FE. Be careful when buying additions suggests by the Backmarket.

Everything when according to plan, have no complaints about the service. Arrived a couple of days after the phone and am very happy with it.

One of the protective screens was already broken when it arrived. Probably not the sellers fault but something in transit. I noticed there's no fragile label on the packaging. Perhaps using these will encourage more delicate handling.

The clear phone case was okay but the screen protector isn’t the best quality. The fit wasn’t great and it made the screen slightly blurry, it was also incredibly prone to fingerprints and was difficult to make it look clean. I ended up buying one with a similar price off of Amazon that is much better.

Unfortunately by mistake I ordered the wrong case. I contacted the Back Market and promptly I got the details to send itback and have got my full money refunded in two days. I am very happy and I highly recommend the website.

The panzer glass protector for my Samsung A54 is excellent the best plassey protector I've every gotten for a phone. It went on easily. The touch ability/responsiveness is like there is nothing between you and phone never seen anything like it. Will fefintelu buy again in future worst the money

The case is perfect but I feel the screen protectors are a little too thick.I maybe didn't affix the protector properly so there is a little overlap at the home button, but then again that's my fault.There are no issues when using the phone.
