Great service from Backmarket, quick delivery, item arrived as described - refurbished phone in "Excellent" state, looks brand new! Using for a week now, so far no issues. Very happy with my purchase. Highly recommend.

The quality of the product came way better than expected, even coming with a screen protector already installed and a free charging cable. Exceptional work. The only complaint I have to say is that the battery doesn't last as long as I'd like it to, it lasts the same length as my 7 year old phone did. Surprised to say the least with the good quality of this phone.

had to return the phone due to the phone being in a constant reboot loop. everything else about the phone was immaculate, so maybe this model was just the odd one out. service was fantastic, along with everything else, but i just couldn't use it because of the reboot loop it was stuck in 🫤

The phone was described as Premier condition, and it is, not a mark on it anywhere and looks like new. Tracking the phone as it came through the delivery service was useful, I could see it making progress towards me. I did the usual authenticity checks on the phone, EMEI number etc, to make sure it is what it looks like and it's genuine. It was originally for the Japanese market so there were a few issues with some of the built in apps using Japanese characters but I was able to change all of them to English. After using Smart Switch to transfer my old phone data to this S22 all is good. A great service at a great price.

I'm really happy to have been able to pick a refurbished phone over a new one in order to help with sustainability. I loved the minimal packaging and the delivery time was impressively quick. The phone itself came in perfect condition externally. Functionally it has some touch screen issues. It doesn't respond correctly sometimes for what I'm pressing on for example. It also can get really hot, for example once I was taking a few (1-3 minute) videos in a row while having my hotspot turned on and it got so excessively warm that a warning sign came up. All in all I would buy from here again no problem.

absolutely delighted with my phone! got it in good condition but really it's in excellent condition!! had a slight issue with delivery as I paid for express but was unable to receive the express due to bank holidays so I was refunded for this and the customer service was honest just fabulous!! Will definitely be buying from back market again !!😁
