Fantastic Surface Pro 4 looks like new to be honest so very pleased. Just what I needed for digital motorbike manuals and part catalogues. Touchscreen is brilliant speed is really good. And just the right size for using in the garage. An inexpensive item for what I needed so I am really happy with my purchase and the customer service was great. I know where I will be looking first for any tech I need going forward.

Very pleased with the order, arrived earlier than expected and the condition of the same is impeccable. the case with a small scratch nothing and everything else like new. Totally recommendable.

It was a bit of a surpise to find that an MS product cannot be upgraded to W11 but there are fixes available on the internet, even if MS does not support the CPU. Condition exceeded expectations and the goods arrived earlier than expected. Very happy with the purchase which is in daily use.

Excellent product. Some difficulty in changing the language . Even now some parts of the Windows menu are in French. Ditto for the keyboard display. It would be good to send the product with the target language already set. I would also ask if you have any offers for the keyboard and the Surface case. Anyway, great product.

I'm completely satisfied with this appliance at the moment. It's in excellent condition. With the Windows 11 version, it's perfect! First time I switched on the PC, nothing to report, everything was delivered on time, the product contains the keyboard + tablet and it's 4G! so you can insert a SIM card and that's pretty rare on other products! quite responsive, we feel a little latency but low. of course it's a PC to work not to launch the latest games. I was really pleasantly surprised because I was a bit apprehensive before ordering from Backmarket.
