I'm completely satisfied with this appliance at the moment. It's in excellent condition. With the Windows 11 version, it's perfect! This is my second purchase from B M , the first (a Sony smartphone in 2022) is still working perfectly. I will not hesitate to contact BM for my next purchase. Sincerely JV

So far I have nothing to complain about. The device is as described, with no scratches or bumps. A small computer in tablet format. Practical, quick, easy to use and the icing on the cake is Windows 11. Thank you backmarket.

1st purchase from Back Market: completely satisfied: quality product (as advertised), fast delivery (quicker than expected)... Top notch. After a few weeks of use, all is well.... even the battery is holding up well...

I would not recommend this computer. Although it's supposed to be new and of good quality, I've only had it for four months and it's already having problems switching on. Sometimes I even get the impression that it won't turn on again at all. The battery life is disappointing. What's more, despite having ordered it in new condition, I've noticed a lot of bubbles on the screen. It also happens that using the keyboard to smile is impossible. Very very disappointed, I'm going to try and get the guarantee to work. I sincerely believe that this computer could be good but not refurbished.
