First time I switched on the PC, nothing to report, everything was delivered on time, the product contains the keyboard + tablet and it's 4G! so you can insert a SIM card and that's pretty rare on other products! quite responsive, we feel a little latency but low. of course it's a PC to work not to launch the latest games. I was really pleasantly surprised because I was a bit apprehensive before ordering from Backmarket.

Perfect 😍! Parcel arrived on time and super well packed (fortunately given the size of the box it was in 😅). The Windows Surface is as described and as you'd expect from a refurbished product; i.e. it's not without traces of previous use (you can feel it slightly on the keys and USB ports) but the screen is spot on, it's fast and performs very well!
