Excellent product. Some difficulty in changing the language . Even now some parts of the Windows menu are in French. Ditto for the keyboard display. It would be good to send the product with the target language already set. I would also ask if you have any offers for the keyboard and the Surface case. Anyway, great product.

Despite a fault with the device (it didn't light up when I received it), I was able to return the order free of charge and everything was sorted out within 1 week. For over 1 year now, everything has been working perfectly! Thank you very much for your work!

Very good, but the graphics card crashed after a week. Fixed since then.

got the device in fair condition. Found after using it for a few days that the screen started flickering and became unreadable. Sent it for a repair and got it back worse, the screen's glass was sticking out and I could see the backlight through the opening and to make things worse, the display was flickering even worse now. sent it back yet again for a replacement or refund so let's see where it goes. it's been two days. I really hope to get a working device soon. I paid for a device that I don't even use now.
