OK, the product is as shown, with German qwertz keys. The touch screen and stylus, also with the 360° screen. I would have liked to order it in better condition (I bought in good condition) and still the scratches are minimal, they are more signs of use on the outside and on the usb inputs. obviously it is not like new but it is not excessively used. It has an i7 and 16gb ram as stated. The battery I think lasts a little less than I expected but it would be.

I received a link from Back Market from my nephew. From ordering to delivery, everything was great. The device (Lenovo ThinkPad) is in very, very good condition for three years. Technically flawless. I would order from Back Market again and again.

It works very well and starts up quickly, but the fact that it's been reconditioned to look like new is a bit of an exaggeration. There are a few minor faults: the fingerprint reader is faulty, the backlighting shows a qwerty keyboard when the keyboard is azerty, and the lower part of the keyboard is covered with an unsightly protective sticker hiding a crack.

The PC is in good condition and delivery is super fast. The value for money is well suited to my modest situation as a broke student. My only complaints are that the screen size is smaller than indicated on the website, the battery life is short and it overheats quickly. The PC's quirks are annoying, but I put up with it and it helps.

Simple and fast processing and tracking (via browser and app), product as expected and I am completely satisfied! It's really brilliant to protect the environment and your own finances!

Really pleased with this! Condition as described, and probably a bit better - screen is perfect and minor marks on the casing are invisible. Battery life is excellent. The '6' key is a bit sticky, but I can get that fixed locally if need be.

beautiful and very useful laptop, very light, very fast, excellent touch screen. only downside: the sound is very low! but nothing that can't be solved with a bluetooth speaker. really good value for money. thanks also for the gift, the map in the card!!!

I am delighted with the purchase, a laptop in perfect condition and works like a charm. The battery is full, very lucky to have found this purchase and the shipping was very fast. I was also able to finance it...so everything was great.

Received 2 weeks ago, in very good condition, works very well so far, nothing to complain about. For office use and remote meetings.
