I received a link from Back Market from my nephew. From ordering to delivery, everything was great. The device (Lenovo ThinkPad) is in very, very good condition for three years. Technically flawless. I would order from Back Market again and again.

The notebook is in good condition and largely corresponds to the specified "very good" condition , technically everything is flawless, the latest Windows 11 operating system is installed, I would buy it again at any time, it was just as good a decision as the Iphone before! Everything is great!

OK, the product is as shown, with German qwertz keys. The touch screen and stylus, also with the 360° screen. I would have liked to order it in better condition (I bought in good condition) and still the scratches are minimal, they are more signs of use on the outside and on the usb inputs. obviously it is not like new but it is not excessively used. It has an i7 and 16gb ram as stated. The battery I think lasts a little less than I expected but it would be.

As always, the ordering process went smoothly. The products arrive in the right condition and the set-up is completely hassle-free. I am always satisfied when I buy products from Backmarket.

After a fast and uneventful delivery: A computer in "good condition" ... I looked for faults, but there were none to be found! The computer is extremely fast and fluid, even when several windows and programs are open! And a pleasant surprise 😲: contrary to what the description says, the keyboard is backlit and the screen is touch-sensitive!😁 ... with very good image definition. In short: I recommend it!

The laptop arrived quickly and looks like new! I am really thrilled. After switching it on, Windows 11 was installed. After a day, a message appears that the licence has expired and a restart is required. I can't find any information about what to do with WINDOWS anywhere. So is Windows installed? If so, where can I find the Windows key? Sorry, I'm not a professional. Thanks for any feedback!

I am very satisfied with the product and would buy it again. Unfortunately, there is still a point deduction because: -power supply not original (power supply only via USB-C) -Pen supplied is defective (battery empty after 5 seconds) In my opinion, these defects are okay for the price and condition, but they still come as an unpleasant surprise.

I have been using the laptop for 7 days now and am very satisfied so far. Battery power and performance are very good. So far, I have nothing to criticise about the device and can recommend it with a clear conscience. It is also very suitable for video editing and photo processing, which was very important to me. I have also ordered an additional external hard drive so that the 1 TB of storage space can be expanded.
