The item was delivered late and broken due to incorrect packaging - in addition tracking information was incorrect. The initial customer support solution was to open a courier 'investigation', overall handling of communication was very poor and focused on delay and divert. I shall not be ordering from this company again.

I bought a refurbished PC for the first time and I think that I will continue to do so. The order arrived ahead of schedule, I had step-by-step notifications and when it arrived home it was well packed. Had it not been for the weekend I would have received it in 3 days. Apart from a little scratch on the side, the pc looks brand new and is absolutely great.

Il prodotto è perfettamente funzionante, sembra appena comprato, a parte un quasi impercettibile graffietto nella parte esterna ma questo non inficia il funzionamento o l'estetica del prodotto. La spedizione è stata perfetta, tempi rispettati.
