Setup was simple however the battery life is not strong at all with an estimated 83 minutes on 80% charge

Product was great and delivery so fast!!

The item was delivered late and broken due to incorrect packaging - in addition tracking information was incorrect. The initial customer support solution was to open a courier 'investigation', overall handling of communication was very poor and focused on delay and divert. I shall not be ordering from this company again.

Device works as expected and is really solid. Good condition with a good battery life still left over.

Delivery time and updates on delivery were excellent and device was specced as described, but I would be wary about ordering "excellent" condition as mine has some marks on the lid along with a large 1inch+ scratch along the side. It also did not come with the original charger. The seller also has stickers on the screw holes which appear to deter opening what is a business laptop designed to be upgraded. UPDATE: One the keys on the keyboard won't ever turn off while the device is on, the battery has some swelling too and sometimes will drop a charge after sleep, easier to just replace them myself than return it, I fear the SSD and 1 ram stick are some unknown brand too, beware.
