HI, The Laptop was delivered with incorrect Keyboard Config. I wasted item to sort it out and eventually emailed Supplier direct who were so slow and took no responsibility for the poor quality control of their product. The advised work around using other keys for the incorrect confiG!!!! Crazy My Expectation is such time wasting mistake should never happen and support is not up to professional standard. My First Exp with BACK MARKET , cannot recc to my clients

Was so easy dealing with back market. They kept in touch until laptop arrived . Service excellent.

The quality is great. Just a few small scratches I can see, but overall a great laptop. Also, it said it would be delivered 1 week later, but it got delivered 2/3 days later.
