HI, The Laptop was delivered with incorrect Keyboard Config. I wasted item to sort it out and eventually emailed Supplier direct who were so slow and took no responsibility for the poor quality control of their product. The advised work around using other keys for the incorrect confiG!!!! Crazy My Expectation is such time wasting mistake should never happen and support is not up to professional standard. The product was delivered very quickly (even quicker than advertised!), without any glitches. I chose the "perfect summer" option and it's in perfect condition. Apart from a few micro-scratches on the back (if you really want to quibble), it's as good as new. In terms of functionality and performance, so far so good, but we'll have to wait and see over the long term. The battery undoubtedly discharges faster than a new one, but that's still very reasonable. A job well done by Furbify, who took care of the reconditioning!
