Frankly I didn't expect to get a phone like new. Phone impeccable, no scratches. I priced the phone "Very good condition" Just re set the language for the keyboard, mix of Chinese and English, but really nothing to say. first time I took a refurbished and very satisfied.

This phone is even more than I expected to recieve. Big and bold with a beautiful display to match. A more than sound sounding stereo speaker setup that allows you to listen to whatever your heart desires. The build quality is nothing short of exquisite, feeling premium from the minute you lay fingers on the device. The software is near flawless, everything has been smooth sailing thus far, living up to expectations and the storage provides more than enough space to download your favourite apps, games or even store a few videos and images. Then again, you could save extra space by using a micro sd card for the last two! Sound quality on calls is really good, I've been told it almost is as if I was in front of the person I was having a conversation with, and that says it all. So far, so good, and upon recieving the phone, it was in decent packaging and even better physical and visual quality, which is something you always worry about when it comes to buying refurbished, but on this occasion, I was far from dissapointed.

As satisfied as ever! This is my second purchase from this merchant, and once again, everything went perfectly. The Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G 256 GO with a new battery arrived in excellent condition, well packaged and completely as described. I opted for the 'perfect condition' option. The phone works like new and no scratches. Delivery was fast. I would highly recommend this seller for their reliability and the quality of their products!

I had an issue with the first one & the phone was replaced with the least amount of hassle, with the most extensive, complete & fantastic customer service. Excellent from start to finish. Also, I got insurance with them which is extremely difficult to get elsewhere for a second hand phone. I cannot recommend Backmarket.co.uk enough.

Hello, Very fast delivery. It's a shame that the packaging is not original. The Galaxy note 20 ultra is still well protected. Like new. Not a scratch on it. And the device seems to work well. For a refurbished device, I'm pleasantly surprised. I hope it lasts as long as my Galaxy note 8. I recommend this site. Sincerely I recommend this site.

Obviously, I waited a while before reviewing what I had purchased in order to better verify it. Let's start with the shipping, which was very fast and the packaging was impeccable, even if not original. I took a product labelled as 'good' and was amazed that instead it is as good as new. No scratches or signs of damage, battery in perfect working order, tested the entire sensor part which is perfect, obviously I don't know how it was reconditioned, but what was done was done perfectly. It is the first time I have bought used and given the results I will continue to do so on this site.
