Dear Company I am writing to file a complaint regarding an iPhone I purchased on April 2nd, 2025. Unfortunately, the device stopped working today. It suddenly turned off and now does not turn back on or show any signs of charging. The phone is still under warranty, and I would like to know what the procedure is for repair or replacement in this case. Please advise me on the next steps I should take. Very Pleased. It has met expectations excellent it promises, and battery changed recognized with health at 100%. As for "buts" or possible "flaws" - super small scratch on one edge (you have to get very close to notice it) - overheating: especially when charging or demanding work. But the system protects the battery very well and cools down quickly when you are away. - shipping: very basic packaging and sent directly to a nearby pick-up point instead of home It's a 2019 device, I bought it with the purpose of trying iOS for the first time, and it has certainly caught me; good productivity, ergonomics, aesthetics... I do not know if my next time will continue to be reconditioned but for this time I am delighted and I recommend it.

I am satisfied with the phone. I had previously bought a refurbished Samsung Galaxy S 7. I used it for 3 years, but what I regret is that you can't keep a phone for longer.
