Dear Company I am writing to file a complaint regarding an iPhone I purchased on April 2nd, 2025. Unfortunately, the device stopped working today. It suddenly turned off and now does not turn back on or show any signs of charging. The phone is still under warranty, and I would like to know what the procedure is for repair or replacement in this case. Please advise me on the next steps I should take. I was amazed by the quality, it looks like it just came out of the Apple factory. It's not the first purchase I've made here and it won't be the last either. Item arrived even earlier than expected Top in everything!

I went for the iPhone 12, as my first iPhone it arrived a day early, perfect in everything, not a mark on it, 100% new battery lasts me 2 days surfing about 3/4 hours a day. I was a bit sceptical about getting it refurbished , but seeing it now I would do it again 100 times . Backmarket a guarantee , highly recommended 👍
