Dear Company I am writing to file a complaint regarding an iPhone I purchased on April 2nd, 2025. Unfortunately, the device stopped working today. It suddenly turned off and now does not turn back on or show any signs of charging. The phone is still under warranty, and I would like to know what the procedure is for repair or replacement in this case. Please advise me on the next steps I should take. Everything is great! My iPhone 13 arrived very quickly and looks like new! It was worth having a new battery fitted. I would only buy second-hand iPhones. So much cheaper than the new price!
