Order received well before the expected delivery date, so top notch! I've had the AirPods for a week and a half now and frankly I don't feel like I've bought a refurbished pair as the quality is incredible! For my first purchase on backmarket I'm more than delighted!

The mobile in excellent condition is true is as if it were new I still have to configure it to see internally how it is,as for the package where it comes and could wrap the mobile I see a fragile package for transport but good it can be improved,thank you

The headphones are good in themselves, hang well in the ears, great audio quality for refurbished, all options work well I recommend without hesitation.

very well received the parcel, just a small problem for me with the purchase of the connected watch where I only had (seen) the bracelet and the charging station after contacting customer service who took me on super quickly to see what they could do, but I contacted them again later to say that I had found the watch between two boxes stuck together. sorry again for the inconvenience and maybe rework the parcel so that it's more intuitive to see all the items in the parcel at a glance

The box wasn't very well packed and tended to open by itself, which is a shame for a MacBook worth €1,200, but nothing was missing or damaged. Apart from that, everything worked perfectly and there were no hitches!

Very clean and functional product: just a little disappointed not to have had the product box. Otherwise it's perfect!
