Phone is perfect , I'm very happy

Phone as described... Everything ok.

Frankly I didn't expect to get a phone like new. Phone impeccable, no scratches. I priced the phone "Very good condition" Just re set the language for the keyboard, mix of Chinese and English, but really nothing to say. first time I took a refurbished and very satisfied.

It performs well, takes great photos and videos (it sees better than my own eyes, so it's great; with an incredible zoom and the quality that follows) and supports fairly long gaming sessions. Listening to music from the phone is also a pleasure, and I'm not disappointed with the sound. The only thing I can complain about is that the battery sometimes wears out quickly for no apparent reason.

There were and are of course (due to the discontinuation of support or the dissolution of the company, expected) challenges when setting up the device. I managed to get calls, SMS & emails to work 8)

Order received well before the expected delivery date, so top notch! I've had the AirPods for a week and a half now and frankly I don't feel like I've bought a refurbished pair as the quality is incredible! For my first purchase on backmarket I'm more than delighted!

I am very happy with my Galaxy Note 20 Utra 5G, with one exception: The stylus doesn't work over a large area on the right-hand side of the screen! So now I NEVER use it, unlike my old Note 10+. I think this is a real shame for a phone that's been advertised as being in PERFECT CONDITION!

I got a nice phone apparently in good condition, too bad I can't update the OS because of the US origin, and to update I need a procedure that if I had known I would never have bought, anyway I'm talking to support if they solve the problem I'll change the review to 5 stars otherwise downgrade to one star. For now I am disappointed.
