I ordered my iPhone 13 in January, so I've been using it for 9 months now. It arrived on time and correctly packaged. For a phone bought in perfect condition, it meets the requirements, except for the battery, which is only 89% (although it was specified that the condition of the battery was not always 100%). All in all, I'm very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend this refurbisher.

Super happy with my purchase! I wanted an iPhone 13 Pro Max but currently there are only refurbished ones... I was a bit scared but I chose with "Excellent" condition and I am very happy. The phone arrived promptly, well protected and with a charging cable. I also looked at the reviews of the company that refurbished it. It looks factory new and the battery health is at 89% so not too bad!!! I would recommend it to everyone!!!'

The Samsung S21+ (plus) was delivered in very good condition as stated on the internet. It was in a matching box with charger. A bubble-free armour film was attached to the front glass panel. The battery lasts about 3 days. I switch the phone off overnight. During the day, I run at least 3 monitoring and control apps, including smart home. Have never seen 5G as a connection type before. With this phone, I see it almost all the time. The processor responds quickly, waiting times are hardly noticeable, only when the internet server is slow. This refurbished purchase is the second one I am very satisfied with.

This is the first time I have bought a refurbished mobile phone and the experience so far has been great. It arrived on time and fulfilled all the conditions of the sale in terms of its condition. Very happy with the purchase and very satisfied with the buy-back service they provided for my old mobile. A very recommendable option to renew our equipment. Perfect!!!

Incredible state of mobile, looks like new without a scratch or anything like that, battery 100% without any problems, so far today has not given problems or anything is as if you buy new but the only problem I see is that it seems to be a version of Korea because if you enter the Samsung shop where it sells its products not the app shop sends you to the Korean and the same thing happens if you want to use the Samsung pay that is all in Korean and I think you can not change it to Spanish and use it in Spain, I leave it as data in case someone wants to use it, I use Google wallet, also happens with the Samsung browser that comes by default all in Korean and configured to shops in that country and the same in some apps that brings installed but nothing that will spoil the experience or prevent you from using mobile functions, in short a piece of mobile with a screen that looks great a camera that meets incredible, with its wireless charging etc. ... that certainly gives it a great experience... that certainly gives a review to any mobile in this price range of mid-range and if you are a user who uses it to browse take some pictures for social networks without wanting to be an ultra p...

Phone in perfect condition, but is Korean model, so there are problems in some applications, not funciiona Samsung pay, some help options in Korean, does not have esim, so I could not activate the second line I need, has usim, which is not what it is but it is not compatible.

Great phone! My only problem after 2 years of purchase is that it has SIM card detection problems, whether the problem comes from the phone or something else remains to be seen. Otherwise no problems at all after all these years!

I bought the mobile phone almost exactly a year ago and have always been very happy with my decision. The dispatch was very fast, everything was perfectly packaged and undamaged. Sending in my old smartphone also worked perfectly and I received the money quickly. I will gladly buy my next devices here again - and of course send in my old devices. I've had my iPhone since 2021 and frankly it's my first purchase from Back Market and I don't regret it at all. It works very well and I've never had a problem with it until now. I highly recommend
