The phone is as good as new when you disregard the micro-scratches, but that doesn't prevent it from still performing as good as new, so I'm not unhappy with my purchase, even though it's a refurbished one. I think it's a shame that you need to spend a minimum of €150 to pay in 4 instalments, even if you can do so using PayPal, which for my part has never worked.

Delighted with my purchase on Back Market. My refurbished phone works perfectly, is in immaculate condition, and was really well priced. So happy with my purchase, and would definitely buy from back market again. Kevin Hodgin

I can only say one word: excellent. Having been refurbished, it's normal for the phone to have very small dents, but you really have to look closely to see them, apart from that, everything else is impeccable. The battery is 100%, the phone is super-responsive (we're never disappointed with Samsung, which is why I went back to basics) and the screen... Brand new! I'm very satisfied with my purchase and won't hesitate to recommend this site to my friends and family as it saves us a lot of money ; ). Thank you Back market!

On the face of it, the phone is in "very good condition", but in use I had a few problems, particularly with the network. The phone has very poor network reception (a problem I didn't have with my previous model), which is quite annoying in everyday use. There also seems to be a problem with the loudspeaker function, with people hearing me very poorly. Is there any way I can return it to you so you can have a look at it? Perfect mobile phone in all respects. Battery life as described. Much appreciated the care and anti-shoplifting packaging. Arrived a day late but still tolerable.

The only drawback is that you can't put a note on it to send it to someone as a surprise. My brother is delighted and it works well. I recommend 👍🏼

I bought this Samsung Galaxy as being in "fair condition". It arrived very quickly. I was happily surprised to find that it didn't have a scratch on it and was very clean. It's in perfect condition. I've had it for about ten days and the battery lasts a long time, just like a new device. I would recommend backmarket as I am very satisfied.

i bought the galaxi a12 delivered quickly only my mocrophone is not good if I call without the speakerphone on they don't hear me I think it's a bit unfortunate especially because you go for a very good condition of the phone
