This is far from being my 1st purchase from Back Market, I'm a fan of refurbished phones and I've convinced my husband. This phone is for him: received in advance, in perfect condition as requested! For the price, he's delighted!

iPhone received in the condition I wanted, functional with no problems whatsoever, fast delivery, perfect packaging. I was initially apprehensive about back market but I was pleasantly surprised. I would recommend buying a reconditioned phone from back market with my eyes closed.

I had ordered the same model (iPhone 14 Pro Max) 15 days ago, unfortunately the quality of the product was not up to scratch because of a bad retailer (screen problem, overheating of the phone), Back Market took care of my request the same day, the product could be returned and exchanged for the same device but from another seller. The iPhone is as good as new, even though I ordered it in very good condition. Responsive customer service and a top-notch retailer for a top-notch device. You can trust Ateliers du Bocage France with your eyes closed.

I am very pleased with the quality of this phone and the fact that it has been reconditioned by Les Atelier du Bocage. I have recommended to my friends when they need a nx tel.

This is my second purchase of a refurbished smartphone and (as in the first case) I was equally satisfied with the quality of the service and the product that was delivered to me (within the timeframe I was told).

Hello I am completely satisfied with my purchase, which lived up to my expectations, and with Backmarket's service, speed, efficiency and friendliness, although I was initially sceptical about the reconditioned product, but I was reassured when all was said and done.

The device was delivered on time, with signature, it is in very good condition, and after the automatic update to Android 9, It works perfectly and the battery life seems OK, so everything's fine. Well done to the workshop's refurbishers!

Delighted! Phone received quickly, well packaged and like new. No impact, no scratches, phone cleaned. We've only used it partially so far (it's a Christmas present), but everything looks OK. Before turning to Back Market, I had ordered it from one of the competitors, but the experience was catastrophic (the phone was supposed to be a Prenium, but I received it very dirty and with a big impact on the casing). So I'm delighted and reconciled with the refurbished market 👍

The only drawback is that you can't put a note on it to send it to someone as a surprise. My brother is delighted and it works well. I recommend 👍🏼
