Ordered two Samsung 24+ phones for me and my partner and so far these are fantastic. This is the second lot of phones we have had from Back Market and for a refurbished mobile phone we cannot fault Back Market for quality.

Very satisfied with the purchase, for a refurbished product it looks like new, and arrived still sealed in the original samsung packaging. I will definitely consider BACK MARKET if I ever need it.

Order in very good condition and received new in its original packaging still sealed. Nevertheless, be careful because it is a US version and not European so the warranty and updates are not safe. Phone comes from Cdiscount, buy on backmarket for 70/80 € more expensive than directly on Cdiscount. In any case it's the second and last time I buy refurbished on backmarket, because lack of information and transparency on the models, I leave 4 stars because it is new but that's all.
