'twas the 2nd refurbished on BM and oh surprise my Redmi Note 12 was more than perfect, it arrived NEW in its original condition, sealed Xiaomi and complete with everything!!!! So I guess it was stock or unsold, unless a good fairy turned my refurbished into brand new foil in its cradle🤪 Thank you BM (and the friendly Spanish reconditioner)!

This is my fourth order on the site, and I'm usually quite satisfied with the items and their quality. I should point out that I'm buying for an association, which is why we're interested in affordable items. It's not an insignificant investment, because we buy mobiles at prices of around €130 to €180, and in this case it's the most expensive one that works the least well. The device is very slow for some unexplained reason: the loading times between each action are long, as if the device's resources were already occupied or as if its processor wasn't sufficient to carry out the actions it's supposed to be able to manage (waking up from standby, updating apps and receiving a message at the same time). The phone slows down, struggles to open or close an app, takes a long time to respond to commands when pressed and sometimes freezes completely to the point where it has to be restarted. This is the only redmi note I've ordered and it's also the only one with this problem, even the other less top-of-the-range or older models respond much more quickly. So I don't know if it's the model that's like this or if it's just this device.
