The order for the Xiaomi Redmi 11 128 GB arrived yesterday 06/09/2024, very well packaged. The phone does not work properly, the keyboard is defective, when you type an "a" it marks a "z", it is difficult to slide down, it takes several times. I returned it to the sender by DHL at a relay point on 07/09/2024.

Very surprised and satisfied with the quality of the product. The phone itself is easy to use and efficient. The phone I received doesn't look like a refurbished phone at all, and the value for money is incredible. I've been using it for over a week now and there have been no problems.
