5/5Very satisfied with the purchase. I had never bought a refurbished phone before for fear of what I would receive but my experience has been very good. I chose "very good" condition of the phone and it arrived perfect. The only "flaw" is a small spot on the back case of the phone as if it had taken a sticker and had gone a little brightness, but it is barely noticeable and with the case the phone is new. The screen is perfect, not a mark, and the battery lasts two days. Apparently a new mobile, unused, with the only almost unnoticeable detail of the casing. Without a doubt, when I have to renew a mobile phone, one of my main options will be BackMarket.
