Very satisfied with the purchase. I had never bought a refurbished phone before for fear of what I would receive but my experience has been very good. I chose "very good" condition of the phone and it arrived perfect. The only "flaw" is a small spot on the back case of the phone as if it had taken a sticker and had gone a little brightness, but it is barely noticeable and with the case the phone is new. The screen is perfect, not a mark, and the battery lasts two days. Apparently a new mobile, unused, with the only almost unnoticeable detail of the casing. The phone was in the promised condition and the child is very happy with it. The only problems came with the delivery. I was at work where I couldn't answer the phone, the rest of the family at home said no one had been in. When I called back the next day to the carrier's number there was a completely different person who said the phone was not on today's list. Advised to contact the Fed ex even though he mentioned that it was difficult to get through to them. In the end this Finnish transport company and a great employee saved us. He made an extra round to the office and found my order there, called me back and arranged delivery for the same day. Ended well.

The seller/shipper was Bafobu and I do not recommend this retailer under any circumstances, as I see this process as fraud/deception and it is a shameless approach to simply send a fake and much cheaper phone.
