As a former owner of a Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro, I expected nothing less from the Xiaomi Pocophone F2 Pro. Compared to the Mi 9T Pro, the screen is bigger, the performance is higher and it heats up a lot less. There are a few minor dings on the Poco's casing, but nothing to worry about. On the contrary, I'm happy with the smartphone and it meets my expectations as well as my daily use. In short, no regrets, it works perfectly!

Is like new. Beautiful phone. Didn't have a scratch on it ! And I don't have any ads on it either . Normally with Poco there are many pre-installed apps on it with advertising. Is zero with this one.

Outrage. I received the device with major damage on the back, the sound on calls was very bad and I returned the device, asking for a refund. They replied that it was not covered by the warranty, as if I had caused the damage. If they sent the device well, it means that the shipment is a piece of SHIT, it comes with a simple plastic and a cardboard, but they are not responsible. I do not recommend Back Market at all, a zero, I FEEL CHEATED! On top of that they send me a 5% discount coupon for the next purchase!!! I want what is mine, which is the money I paid, not a coupon. As if I would have to buy from them again, please? A shame in general, very bad!
