The mobile arrived to Ireland in a few days :) from France, it looks like perfect conditions and works perfectly. It has been my first purchase here but I really recommend backmarket.

Truly a brilliant transaction. I downsized from giant phone,but don't feel short-changed at all.Really fast and responsive. And a great weight in ONE hand too.

The Xiaomi mi 11 is a model I love, since I bought the 'excellent' option I was waiting for a unit completely free of micro scratches. One or two of these are perhaps a little visible when the display is switched off. There is a slight battery drain perhaps correctable with an. eventual update. Overall, I'm glad to have. got an MI11 back. The white back cover is. really elegant. The software. is perfect and very responsive, fluid. A phone to show off and envy 😅

Yes, let's just say that the battery drains quickly... I will definitely change it but otherwise everything is OK

This is the second time I have ordered a phone from Backmarket and each time there has been a problem. Each time I have to return the item for an exchange. The 1st time there was a malfunction and now you pay for a phone in perfect condition and you receive a phone with scratches on the screen. The problem was dealt with very well the 1st time, we'll see if it's sorted out again. it's a pain. There's no way of getting an item in perfect condition as soon as you receive it.

The battery life is very poor. Even when fully charged, the device switched itself off in the middle of a call due to a sudden drop in charge, dropping to 0%. What’s more, the camera without zoom doesn’t focus.
