Très satisfaite de mon achat. Envoi et réception rapide ! Le téléphone est conforme et en parfait état. Un petit hic sur la batterie qui n'a pas l'air de tenir très longtemps. Mais le rapport qualité prix est nickel pour du reconditionné !

Achat rapide, livraison rapide. Téléphone en parfait état, je note néanmoins que la batterie se décharge déjà assez vite après 2/3 mois d'utilisation c'est le point noir.. Petite tendance à chauffer également

Après avoir constaté une anomalie sur mon appareil encore sous garantie, j'ai suivi les instructions de renvoie de mon téléphone pour une réparation. L'équipe du service après vente de Back Market a su gérer parfaitement la situation et au bout de quelques jours, il s'est avérer que mon téléphone ne pouvais pas être réparé, j'ai été entièrement rembourser de mon achat. En general el móvil está en muy buen estado, lo único que me da la sensación que la batería podría estar un poco mejor. Quitando eso, que es más de sensación, el móvil funciona perfecto.
