I have not had any problems with transport, the phone is as advertised and there are no problems with the battery. I received it in English and as I don't know this language I had a hard time finding a way to put it in French, then there was no Imei number and no charger. To date I am satisfied with this reconditioned phone which corresponds to my needs. I don't use it for gaming.

The phone is in perfect condition, it was marked as very good but I can't see any signs of wear. The only downside is that the battery discharges very quickly, I'm used to keeping my phones for 3 years, this is the first time I've bought a refurbished phone, I'm afraid that this time the battery will fail before the three years... to be seen...

Very happy with my smartphone as soon as I bought it because it was perfectly functional and I received it in almost perfect condition. On the other hand, I had a problem with an untimely restart after 6 months, which forced me to use the BackMarket guarantee, which worked perfectly because I was fully reimbursed. The quality of service led me to recommend a BackMarket smartphone, but I would have preferred to avoid having to choose a new smartphone 6 months after my last purchase (hence my rating).
