I was looking for a good quality smartphone for less than 200 Euros, and Backmarket did it :) Ultra fast delivery, exactly where it was supposed to be, and the surprise was there : the smartphone is ... NEW, I had chosen a refurbished model, but once the package opened, to be honest: it is in new condition, I expected to see traces of use, but nothing at all. It's a great Auto-cadeau de noel :) :) Bravo Backmarket, first experience, 100% happy. To clarify: The battery life is really great: 72 hours without recharging in light use, however if you do instagram mode intravenous it decharges the battery relatively quickly but not in 1 hour should not be abused. The quality of the screen is brilliant and it's very large, using this smartphone is super pleasant with no latency time, internet browsing is fluid. The use on instagram is perfect and makes it easy to post quality content. I'd definitely recommend it.

I bought a refurbished mobile phone and it was better than I expected, it works like a completely new phone, it arrived very well packed in its box with instructions and USB cable and delivery was very fast, I had to wait between 7 and 10 days after purchase, but it arrived on the 3rd day, I also liked the different payment options, which allows us to easily adapt it to our budget. Personally, I think it's a good option. Completely recommended.

It works very well but when I want to connect it in bleutooth or something I see that it is called 23106RNODA. Is this the name the previous owner gave it? Can I change it?

The phone and delivery were impeccable, but there was one small problem: the phone had already started to be configured in Thai! I had quite a hard time getting it back to factory settings.

i was unsure of the date i would receive it as i had received an email saying it would be late, but it arrived the same day. otherwise fine. hand-delivered but no signature or verification of my identity.
