The device looks fine to me, even - the packaging leaves something to be desired - it's really too light for what it weighs - there's a piece of plastic that seems to be coming loose - the remote control isn't the right one - I spent an hour looking for it - I called Bose technical support who told me the remote control isn't the right one - pay €5 for quality control at this seller - wonder why! On the other hand, and this has nothing to do with the seller, Bose C's customer service is top notch!
