The phone is unusable, many applications in Chinese and no network when I'm at home I have to go out 500 metres to make a call. I have to go out of my house 500 meters to make a phone call and there is no internet connection. Orange even changed the sim card and to top it all off I dropped the phone and broke the glass. Otherwise I would have returned it a long time ago. I don't know what to do now, I'm going to try and get my credit card insurance to work. I'm going to try to use my credit card insurance. The phone does not charge therefore it is useless! Clearly not in full working order and not tested. This website won't allow me to arrange for repair/refund without first confirming that I have deleted all data. How can I delete all data if it wont turn on because it wont charge? I have now tried multiple chargers so I know the problem is the phone not the charger/chargers. I am now left without a phone which I rely on for work which has caused quite a problem. This was my first purchase from blackmarket.com. I'm not at all impressed so think i'll take my business elsewhere in future!
