The phone is lovely, but on receiving it I found that the display was coming away from the body. I have pressed it back together a few times during its first day with us and by the second day it appears to be holding together OK . . . Also, the battery life appears to be rather short, although it is possible that it is just being being used excessively because it is so useable!

The delivery went very well, quicker than expected, but it's a shame that it's being transported by plane (the purchase would be even more sustainable if DHL delivered this type of parcel by train). So far, I'm happy with this machine: I'm not disappointed. My only regret is that an important accessory is not available on this site, https://www.sony.fr/electronics/accessoires/ec270, a jack adapter, another good idea from Sony but out of stock everywhere. I hope that the battery will be easy to find when I need it. The sound of this camera is really good and I would have liked to have been able to test it with headphones. The quality of the photos is more than satisfactory and the camera software is very versatile. The screen is excellent for viewing and the camera is very responsive. I hope I can make this camera last a long time.

The cell phone said it was in very good condition and not great! However the condition of it for me is more than excellent! There are no scratches except one under the volume down button! Flawless phone for its years! Only negative is the charging cable which does not come with a charger and the quality is terrible
