Initially the phone got very hot and the charge went down really quick but, with the help of your troubleshooting pages, I have rectified this and everything is fine and dandy. Great phone with an amazing camera!

I checked out the site and after some thought I decided to give it a go. The whole experience was great and very straight forward. I was kept informed at all times and was surprised at the quick delivery. The price is crazy good and there's hardly a mark on the phone. It works perfectly. My only gripe would be how long it took to upload all of the updates, but this could be in part due to my Internet speed. That aside I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Battery top, display probably new, therefore minimal colour damage to the casing. I am absolutely satisfied.

My son suggested I buy a phone from Back Market and stick to my SIM only contract, rather than pay the exorbitant monthly fees. My old Sony suddenly wouldn't make/receive calls once my network provider switched to 4/5G. I was a little dubious of what sort of phone I would get, but was hugely and pleasantly surprised.
