Galaxy A17 128GB - Blue - Unlocked

My Galaxy A17 could be brand new if I'm honest and it was very good value too. Very quick service, arrived exactly when promised, will certainly be back again.

I purchased 2 A17 5G Excellent for my family members it like buying a brand new phone. Backmarket never disappoint and I got a lot of phones from them.

I ordered the A17 as a replacement for my outdated Samsung phone which ran off android 10 with reluctance. It arrived within a couple of days, fantastic condition, it looked like a new phone, not a scratch on it. Works perfect, everything transferred over perfect. I can't fault the service, and it was £50 pounds cheaper than argos. I would highly recommend.

The delivery arrived smoothly and the product is in perfect condition. However, I am sceptical about the fact that the device was delivered in the original packaging with the original Samsung seal. There was every indication that the packaging had never been opened. The charging cable was also held together with an original Samsung adhesive strip. Unfortunately, I suspect that the retailer sold me a new device and that I paid for the "refurbishment" without receiving the corresponding service. I have seen the model in new condition for a lower price at many online retailers, but I deliberately opted for a used appliance for ecological reasons. If my suspicions are correct, that would be very disappointing.

So far, so good, The phone is just right, A service with small mushrooms (just to vary the recipe) An alternative for small budgets with recent products (the telephone, not the recipe, otherwise I would have called it "fresh products"). It's perfect!

Unfortunately my experience hasn't been great. The phone itself ( Samsung Galaxy A17) was immaculate and packaged well but had issues with delayed delivery, only being sent when I asked back market to help. Then issues with royal mail but again, not back markets fault and they were very quick to respond to me during this time. The actual phone is so slow and rubbish , having read about this phone model afterwards ( Samsung is a minefield of numbers and letters ) it is basically only good for calls ans texts, nothing else. It isn't powerful enough to round smoothly , every app crashes and is glitchy. Super slow to load and respond. I am going to return it or sell it and get an A55 or s23fe , both much better phones.
